When can I hold my party and how long do the parties last?
The party is hosted by Tea-riffic tea party hostess and held in your home or the location of your choice, you can hold the party whenever it is convenient for you. Parties may be scheduled on any day of the week, however your date must be reserved at least three weeks in advance. Hosted parties are usually 1 to 2 hours in length depending on package.
What ages are your parties for?
Dress up parties are for ages 4 - 10
How much does it cost?
The Tea Party or Little Princess Packages are each $225.00 The Little Birthday Package is $175.00. All packages include up to (8) eight Children. Please add $12.00 for each child. There is a Maximum of 12 Children including the guest of honor.
What should the children wear?
All costumes are designed to be worn over the child's own clothes. The children DO NOT get undressed. We suggest that children wear lightweight clothing such as leotards, shorts or leggings.
How to book a Party?
Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis. When a party date is requested, a deposit of $50 will be necessary to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and we must have the deposit at least 3 weeks in advance. The balance is due on the day of your party.
What happens if I need to cancel the party?
In the event you have to cancel, I will work with you to reschedule to another date. If you do not reschedule to another date or choose to cancel the party your deposit is forfeited.
What Forms of payment do we accept?
We accept checks, money orders, cash and PayPal
Do You Have A Minimum/ Maximum Attendance?
Parties may be scheduled for up to 8 or more children. If less than 8 attend your party, you will still be charged for 8 children. Maximum attendance for most parties is 12 children including the guest of honor.
Are Invitations Included?
Custom invitations are included. You supply us with the guest list, and we send out the invitations.
Will there be make-up?
If parents would like. All children will be given the opportunity for makeup session of face glitter, blush, lip gloss and nail polish.
Are parents allowed to stay during party?
Parents and other adults are always welcome to stay and enjoy the party. We want to make the birthday child and their guests the center of attention, we kindly request your assistance in keeping the noise level down so the children are not distracted, and are able to hear the Party Hostess to follow directions
What happens if a guest arrives late?
Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time. Those guests coming late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.
